State Options

State Notation
  • Include Entry Action: When enabled, the first line of the Entry Action code, prefixed with a "/", will be included as part of the state label.
  • Include Exit Action: When enabled, the first line of the Exit Action code, prefixed with a "/", will be included as part of the state label.
  • Include Internal Transitions: When enabled, each contained transition with an assigned event along with it's Guard Condition enclosed in "[]" and it's first line of Transition Action code prefixed with a "/", will be included as part of the state label.

►Note that only the first six characters of the Entry/Exit Action, Guard Condition, or Transition Action will be included.

  • Include State Variables & Functions: When enabled, each State Variable and Function will be included as part of the state label.
  • Show State Variables & Functions Icon: When enabled, a special icon will be displayed indicating that State Variables or Functions have been defined for the state.

 

  • Cap Notation: When enabled, each notation line shown on the state will be capped. If disabled, as much text as the state's width allows will be shown.
